I love learning. (Don’t we all?)
I'm fascinated by the underlying mechanics of transformative learning, those moments when elements align and suddenly we see the world through a new set of eyes.
I engineer my own moments of transformative learning through close readings of books on education theory, creativity, product management, psychology, behavioral science, strategy, and more. (No AI tools here, just hard and thoughtful work so that my brain can spark interesting connections.)
Many of my nuanced summaries are destined for my Substack newsletter. (Subscribe if you’re curious.) I also enjoy putting what I learn into action into the products and experiences I build.
Day-to-day I am leading product at Fin, where we are turning transforming the way customer support operations teams think about productivity.
I’ve been having a lot of fun (and finding an eager audience) sharing my notes with my new team at Fin. By extension, I’ve now cleaned up and made four new summaries ready to publish: Escaping the Build Trap (Melissa Perri), How to Measure Anything (Douglass Hubbard), Zero to One (Peter Thiel), and Inspired (Marty Cagan).
